Our product is shipped for free domestically as well as internationally. You will only be paying the price you see for the rug, with no extra delivery charges or taxes upon delivery. ‘Rug & Rugs’ makes sure that you receive the product within 7 to 10 days.

- We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order (e.g. Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, or Click & Collect).
- Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order.
Note: We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.

‘Rug & Rugs’ rug shop makes sure to satisfy the customer. The rugs that we ship are all made out of substantial effort. Anyhow, we accommodate our customers in any way possible. You need not worry, in case you have got to return the product/rug received.
There are several conditions that apply to return the product that has been shipped and you have received it.
You may return the product, received, in case:
- You receive a stained item
- You receive a damaged item
- You receive an inaccurate size
- You receive an item with color difference

Refund policy
Once the product is returned, our refund policy implies. Refunds are processed within 30 days, after receiving your return package. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you.
Refunds are processed on the following basis:

- Returned in the same condition as delivered
- Returned in the original packaging
